Tsonev Spare Parts respects your privacy. This policy explains what we collect, why, and what you can ask us to do about it.

What we collect

• When you order: name, billing and delivery address, email, phone number, order contents and any delivery notes.
• When you enquire: name, email, phone, and what you tell us in the message.
• Automatically: standard server log data — IP address, browser type, pages requested — kept for security and to rate-limit abuse of our forms.

What we never collect: card or bank card numbers. There is no card processing on this website. Every payment method we offer settles outside the site, so no payment credentials are entered here or stored by us.

Why we use it

To quote, take and fulfil your order; to arrange freight and give the carrier what it needs; to send you the payment details and invoice; to answer your enquiry; to keep the records we are required to keep; and to protect the site from abuse. We do not use your data for automated decision-making or profiling.

Who we share it with

Only who we must: the carrier delivering your order, our hosting and email providers as processors, and our accountants or any authority where the law requires it. We do not sell your data, and we do not share it for advertising.

How long we keep it

Order and invoice records for 7 years, as tax and equipment-supply record-keeping requires. Enquiries that do not become orders for 24 months. Server logs for 90 days.

Cookies

This site uses functional cookies only — the WooCommerce cookies that remember what is in your cart and keep you logged in. There is no advertising, analytics or tracking cookie on this site, and no third-party script loads on any page. That is deliberate, and it is why you are not being asked to accept anything.

Your rights

You can ask us for a copy of what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it where we are not required to keep it. If you are a California resident you may exercise your CCPA/CPRA rights through the same contact, and we will not discriminate against you for doing so.

Security

The site is served over HTTPS. Access to order data is limited to the people who need it to fulfil your order. No system is perfectly secure, but keeping card data entirely out of the business removes the most attractive target.

Children

This site is not directed at anyone under 18 and we do not knowingly collect their data.

Changes

We will update the effective date above when this policy changes.
