Where we ship

We ship throughout the United States. Small parts move by parcel carrier; engines, transmissions, outboards and welding plant move on a pallet or in a crate by freight carrier. We do not currently ship outside the US.

How freight is quoted

Freight is quoted per order, not averaged into the price. A set of gaskets and a 425 HP outboard are not the same shipment, and a flat rate across a catalogue this wide would mean small orders subsidising large ones.

The figure depends on:

• Weight, crate dimensions and whether the item needs a pallet
• Your delivery ZIP, and whether it is a commercial address or residential
• Whether the site needs a lift gate, or has a dock and a forklift
• Any limited-access surcharge the carrier applies

Tell us your ZIP when you enquire and we will quote the part and the freight together, before you pay.

Lead times

Stocked parts dispatch within 1–2 business days of cleared payment. Parcel shipments typically arrive in 2–5 business days; palletised freight in 3–10, depending on distance and the carrier’s lane schedule.

Because every payment method we accept settles manually, the clock starts when funds clear, not when the order is placed.

Receiving a freight delivery

• Someone must be on site to accept and sign for it
• Put gate codes, access notes and a mobile number in your order notes
• For a lift-gate delivery, make sure the truck can reach the drop point

Inspect before you sign. Note any crate damage on the delivery paperwork — that note is what makes a freight claim possible, and without it a claim may not be recoverable. Then call us on +1 (209) 373-5717 the same day.

Installation

We supply parts; we do not install them. Engines, outboards and transmissions should be fitted and commissioned by a qualified marine or automotive technician. Warranty terms from the original manufacturer generally require it.
