These terms govern your use of this website and any order placed through it with Tsonev Spare Parts (“we”, “us”). Placing an order means you accept them.

1. Who we are

2. Orders and acceptance

An order placed on this site is an offer to buy, not a concluded contract. The contract forms when we confirm the order and the payment details in writing. We may decline or cancel an order — including after it is placed — where stock has gone, where a price or specification was published in error, where we cannot ship compliantly to the destination, or where we have reasonable grounds to suspect fraud. If we cancel, you receive a full refund.

3. Prices and freight

Prices are in US dollars and exclude freight. Freight is quoted per order before payment, based on weight, dimensions, destination and access. Prices may change without notice, but never after we have confirmed your order.

4. Payment

We accept Zelle, bank wire, Cash App, Chime, Apple Pay and cryptocurrency. All settle manually: your order is recorded as awaiting payment, we send the payment details with the invoice, and dispatch follows cleared funds. No card details are collected on this site. Cryptocurrency orders receive a 2% discount applied to the goods total at checkout.

Unpaid orders are cancelled after 7 calendar days and the stock released.

5. Fitment and specification

Part numbers, specifications and fitment data are published in good faith. You are responsible for confirming that a part suits your application before ordering, and we will help you do that if you ask. We are not liable for loss arising from a part ordered against an incorrect model, year or serial number supplied to us.

6. Delivery and risk

Delivery estimates are estimates, not guarantees, and we are not liable for a carrier’s delay. Risk passes on delivery. You must inspect the goods and record any damage on the delivery paperwork before signing.

7. Installation

We supply equipment; we do not install or commission it. Engines, outboards and transmissions must be fitted by a suitably qualified technician. We accept no liability for loss arising from installation or use that does not follow the manufacturer’s instructions.

9. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability arising from any order is limited to the amount you paid for the goods in question. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, including loss of profit, downtime, towing, haul-out or loss of use.

10. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, and the courts of California have exclusive jurisdiction.

11. Changes

We may update these terms. The version in force is the one published when you place your order.
