The multi-function tiller handle provides one-hand operation of throttle and steering. Mercury’s 8 HP Outboard engine comes with the patented auto-ratchet system which allows the user to easily adjust tilt and trim angle. The Mercury Model: 8EH comes equipped with a 15 inch,shaft, electric start motor and Mercury’s 3 year factory warranty
