2017 Mercury 9.9 HP 9.9EXLHPT-CT-PK Outboard Motor
The Mercury 9.9 HP Outboard motor with Command Thrust delivers the power, thrust, and control that wider, heavier boats demand. A 20 % larger prop increases control and a taller gearcase puts the prop deeper below turbulent water for improved performance. A low 2.42:1 gear ratio and high thrust propeller make the Mercury 9.9 outboard engine an excellent choice for sailboat and trolling/kicker applications. The Command Thrust over sized anti-ventilation plate prevents air from being drawn into the propeller, further enhancing efficiency and performance. The 9.9 HP Mercury Outboard Motor model: 9.9EXLHPT-CT-PK is equipped with an extra long 25 inch shaft and Mercury’s 3 year warranty.
